Ganyuan Salted Duck dated from Jiangxi Dayu(original
NanAn)and named for the source of Gan River Zhang River
originated from NanAn in the mountains.At Ming,Shcolar
Wang Yangming invented two Jiangxi good snacks,one of
them is salted duck.As one of the traditional Salted Duck
in NanAn,Ganyuan Salted Duck has inherited hunderds years
of technology and is famous for its color,fragrance and
taste at home and overseas.The body is flat like a peach.The
ribs look like a character “eight” and the tail is hemicycle.The
tail oil is rich but hide and the skin is milk white.The
skin is thin and the duck is tender.The fat and muscle
are distinct.The muscle is dark reddish brown and the
bone is so crisp to chaw which is delicious.On the back,there
are four vermeil “Guanyuan” seals patallel with the wings
and legs bones espectively. |
